V.Surendran Menon –
Senior Partner
Mr. Menon is a Chartered Accountant and Management Accountant with over 35 years
of comprehensive experience in business/ financial advisory services, assurance and
services, financial & management accounting, transaction and risk management services.
His vast experience includes a 7 year plus stint as the Country Head of
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Maldives.
Presently, Mr. Menon is the Managing Partner at Menon & Pai, Chartered Accountants
and provides professional services in the areas of Business Start ups, Business Deals,
Raising Equity, Debt Syndication, Joint Ventures, Developing Business plans &
Feasibility reports, Business Valuations, Financial Management, Corporate Finance &
Restructuring, Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Designing and developing processes /
control framework / accounting systems, and Assurance & Risk Management Services,
for clients in India and Maldives. He has travelled widely and has managed a broad range
of assignments for several clients in diverse industries, which include companies in the
aviation, banking, hospitality, infrastructure, insurance, trading, telecommunications,
postal services, shipping, manufacturing, utilities and fisheries sector. Mr. Menon
specializes in managing assignments for organisations in the hospitality sector.
A Krishnananda Pai - Director
Mr. Krishnananda Pai, Director of the Firm, has over 32 years of experience providing
assurance, risk management, business valuations, transaction, taxation and business
advisory services, to several Companies/Firms in the retail, manufacturing and service
sectors in India and Cambodia. His knowledge and expertise in transaction services and
taxation (both direct and indirect), has played a vital role in enhancing the profile of the
Firm. He also provides strategic advisory services in the areas of Business start ups,
financial management, designing and developing processes/control
framework/accounting systems and coordinates with clients to ensure timely compliance
of statutory requirements.
Kiran R - Partner
Mr. Kiran is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in assurance
services, financial & management accounting, transaction and risk management
services.
Presently, Mr. Kiran is a Partner of M & P, managing corporate and tax audits,
secretarial services, business valuations and other related assignments. He also provides
advisory services in the areas of financial management, designing and developing
processes / control framework / accounting systems and coordinates with clients to
ensure timely compliance of statutory requirements.
